Return & Refund
All orders can be cancelled until they are produced. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 60 minutes from the ordering time. Once the order is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURN
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors... because our shirts are printed on demand. That means when you order it, we print it. We don't carry inventory, so as a result, we don’t take returns but we send replacement at no charge for our product defects if there is.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
REFUND
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a replacement.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending email for us at support@sharpify.net.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
